Every lake house should be a place to relax and have fun. For the entry, foyer, powder room, and mudroom, my goal was to create a seamless welcome, blending elegance with warmth and a touch of whimsy.
provide The foyer sets the tone for the home with lake-inspired art, anchored by an antique English dresser base and whimsical lamps that provide both light and personality. A subtle mini-print wallpaper ties the space together, offering a sophisticated backdrop that unites the foyer with the kitchen and great room beyond.
home In the mudroom, a comfortable bench invites pause, while vibrant artwork by Carylon Cooper infuses the space with color and playful energy, perfect for a space designed for daily life.
The powder bath echoes the outdoors with the “Pine Needles” wallpaper and fabric. Vintage bamboo pieces give provenance to the room and provide for accessories such as the Staffordshire lamps, hand towels etc.
